To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period: Buy any My Muscle Chef ready made meal from participating AMPOL/WW AMPOL/ The Foodary sites, scan the QR code in store and enter all relevant fields on the website Entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries. All entries by the entrant may otherwise be declared invalid.
